Annually as of 2012, public expenditure reviews (PER) of Vanuatu's education sector has been commissioned by the Government of Vanuatu (GoV) as one of a series of reviews over the next five years to complement the work of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) in analysing the efficient and effective use of public monies.
